Investing in real estate can see you waltzing down a rocky path. In addition, it’s likely that the path will consist of countless up and downs; peaks and valleys. It’s not rocket science to understand that it’s better to invest in a down market that then goes up, and not an up market that then goes down. The question, though, is how to capitalize on commercial real estate in a down market effectively. Do so ineffectively, and you could be looking at substantial financial losses.
