Even though the world is fully in the grip of the COVID-19 pandemic, people are already speculating about the post-pandemic world and what it means for commercial real estate. No matter what COVID-19 does to the world, our planet will recover, and life will return to some kind of normal. It did after both world wars, it did after the banking crash in 2008, and it will do it again, no matter how long it takes.
